Privacy
The public site does not require an account and does not collect patient information. Optional audience measurement is activated only after consent and is used to improve the site, not to profile individual visitors.
Research integrity
Published findings are linked to their source publications. Observational and exploratory results are presented with explicit limitations and must not be interpreted as patient-level advice or a validated dispatch tool.
Translation quality
Multilingual access is provided to broaden reach. Technical terminology and local conventions should be reviewed by a native subject-matter specialist before clinical, policy or operational use.

When you submit a question, the site server and Mistral AI process it and relevant public source excerpts to search and explain the evidence. Do not include personal, patient or other sensitive information. Do not use this research guide for individual medical decisions.
Chat history exists only in the open panel’s memory and is not sent with the next question. The site does not persist custom questions or full answer histories. Answers to fixed, public example questions may be cached for up to one hour. Abuse protection stores short-lived counters with a daily changing pseudonymous IP identifier valid for at most 24 hours; aggregate monthly counters are valid for at most 32 days. Expired counters are removed on the next request. Question text is not used for analytics.
API data training is disabled in the Mistral account. Mistral states that API inputs and outputs are normally retained for 30 days for abuse monitoring, subject to legal exceptions. The free tier has no enabled Zero Data Retention, and no specific regional restriction is configured. Mistral’s and the hosting provider’s own security and data protection terms also apply.
